Jolly Sick Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges for non-faulty items. Contact us with your order number and return/exchange details. Items must be returned in original condition, with packaging and tags. Size exchanges depend on availability.

Change of Mind: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for a credit note or refund. We reserve the right to refuse items not in original condition. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Postage: Customers bear all shipping costs for exchanges and returns due to change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for shipping the items back to us. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered returns.

Faulty Items: If you believe your item is faulty, contact us within 14 days of receiving it with photos and your order number. Refunds are processed only for proven faulty items. We will cover return postage for faulty items, but you are responsible for any delivery costs if the return is refused.

 

Pre-Orders Policy

  1. Pre-Order Details: The availability of pre-order items will be clearly listed in the product description.

  2. No Refunds: Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided. This is because our factory will be in the process of manufacturing your order, and canceling it would cause significant disruptions.

  3. Commitment: By placing a pre-order, you are committing to the purchase and supporting the production process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
